1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and DJ Lorenzo (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site and/or using our services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Services Provided
DJ Lorenzo provides professional DJing, live performance art, and music curation services for clubs, festivals, private events, and corporate gatherings. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed via a signed contract and deposit.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
- Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed when a signed service agreement and a non-refundable deposit have been received by DJ Lorenzo.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the service fee is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise specified in the individual contract.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event: Deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event: Full service fee is due.
- Overtime: If the event runs longer than the agreed-upon time, an overtime fee will be charged at our standard hourly rate, payable immediately at the end of the event.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful performance, the Client agrees to provide:
- A safe and adequate performance space with access to power outlets.
- Appropriate shelter if the event is outdoors (protection from rain, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures).
- Timely entry and load-in access to the venue.
- Any specific technical requirements outlined in the contract (e.g., sound system, lighting) if not provided by DJ Lorenzo.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all materials distributed herein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and audio clips, are the proprietary property of DJ Lorenzo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DJ Lorenzo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the site;
- Any content obtained from the services; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
DJ Lorenzo is not liable for equipment failure caused by venue power issues, weather conditions, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Force Majeure
DJ Lorenzo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event if possible.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of [Your Country/State]. DJ Lorenzo and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of [Your Country/State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
